2. Appointments & Reservations
- Booking: Appointments must be made in advance via our website, phone, or in person. Walk-ins are welcome, but we highly recommend booking prior to your visit.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation of your appointment via email or SMS. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to accommodate the next guest, and the full treatment price will still apply.
